Thank you for purchasing a guitar from us! Please see our shipping and return information below. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us through email at customerservice@guitarsgarden.com. Please be assured that we will address your questions or concerns directly and reply in a timely manner.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

SHIPPING:

Please confirm your shipping address(NOT PoBox address) is right before you make payment.We are not responsible for that the item(s) couldn't be delivery caused by your wrong address .We do not accept the rejected package(s), if the package was rejected we do not refund.

The order shouldn't been cancelled and we don't refund when the order item(s) has been added the UPS/Fedex tracking numuber. If you want to cancel the order,please send email to customerservice@guitarsgarden.com within 6 hours after purchasing.

The price of the guitars on the website don't include the shipping costs. If the item(s) was/were put in your shopping cart without payment in time, When the item(s) was/were sold out ,the customer will can't order the item(s).

Order handle time is 5-10 business days after your payment. You order item(s) should be shipped via UPS/FedEx. And we will email you the status and tracking information for your order(s).

The UPS/FedEx tracking number shows "Delivered".It indicates that the order item has been delivered successfully.We are not responsible for the loss of the order item after the delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order(More than 7 days after delivery, we do not accept returns).  Please carefully read the following return information. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@guitarsgarden.com .

It is only appropriate for us to pay for return shipping in cases where the item ordered doesn't match the product's description or quality. We would send the pre-paid return label in 3-7 business days when we received your return request,If the item(s) are damaged in shipment or arrive non-functioning, please include pictures of the damage and a detailed description of the condition of the guitar in your first email. This really helps us expedite the return process and clear up any questions or concerns you may have concerning your guitar.We don't accept the exchanges.If you have any issue, you can contact with us by email customerservice@guitarsgarden.com .The customer service would sent the pre-paid shipping label(not physical shipping label) to your email box,when the return item delivered, we will refund the cost of the item(don't include shipping cost) in 2 business days.

In all other cases concerning non-product quality issues or "Buyer's Remorse" situations, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.And we will send you the return address. If you need we send you a pre-paid return label(not physical shipping label),we should deduct the pre-paid return label charge when we refund to you. The customer should send us the return tracking number by the email customerservice@guitarsgarden.com .When the return item delivered,We should check the return item(s) carefully,we will refund the cost of the item(don't include shipping cost) less the pre-paid shipping label in 2 business days.

Please understand that the purchased items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. If the item(s) are not returned in their original packaging, there will be a $30 repackaging charge.
