The price of the guitars on the website don't include the shipping costs. Charge shipping cost based on buyer location.

Order processing time is 1-3 days after your order is placed. After your order ships, we will email you the status and tracking information for your order.

If you decide to return a guitar to us, start by contacting us by email at to receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

Please understand that the purchased items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. If the item(s) are not returned in their original packaging, there will be a $30 repackaging charge.

If the item(s) are damaged in shipment or arrive non-functioning, please include pictures of the damage and a detailed description of the condition of the guitar in your first email. This really helps us expedite the return process and clear up any questions or concerns you may have concerning your guitar.

It is only appropriate for us to pay for return shipping in cases where the item ordered doesn't match the product's description or quality. In all other cases concerning non-product quality issues or "Buyer's Remorse" situations, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
